This course will be given every weekend in the months July till September. In 6 hours you will be learned the groundrules of archery. Equipment is available.
The course archery will be given at the sportingcomplex of old Sehl, where the archers of Cochem will also train during the summerseason for their competitions.
The group will exist of 4 till 8 persons.
The course will be given by Michael Kahlstadt.
A summary:
The same as with other kinds of sport, the first thing to practice is the balance between the mind and body. Regular training of the body will resolve in a better position and concentration ability. This is why archery is recommended for people up till high ages.
